Return Policy

United States

If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase, we're here to help you return it. We will gladly accept your return of new, unworn, undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging for up to 30 days from the purchase date for a refund. 
New, unworn, undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging received 31 days or more after purchase will be accepted for an online store credit only. Items purchased more than 90 days ago can no longer be returned.
We cannot accept returns of worn, used or damaged merchandise, merchandise without original tags and packaging or final sale merchandise.
We do not accept exchanges through our online store.

To return merchandise purchased on hobobags.com, please use one of the following methods:

1. UPS Prepaid Shipping Label

Complete the form on the back of the receipt that came in the box with your order. Make a copy for your records and include the receipt in the box with the items you wish to return.
Pack up your return shipment and affix the pre-paid shipping label you received with your order to the front of the box.
Drop off your return shipment at your nearest shipping center.
If you did not receive a return shipping label with your order, please contact customer service for a label at customerservice@hobobags.com.
Once we process your return, we will send you an email to confirm.

2. Personal Shipping Method

Complete the form on the back of the receipt that came in the box with your order. Make a copy for your records and include the receipt in the box with the items you wish to return.
Ship your package via an insured, traceable means (ex. UPS, FedEx, USPS).

Once we process your return, we will send you an email to confirm.

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, which includes a return form.
Hobo is not responsible for lost return shipments.
If a refund is due, funds will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Please note, processing of your online return make take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return shipment.
Depending on your credit card company, a credit card refund should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.
Hobo The Original reserves the right to modify its return policy.

International

We do not currently accept returns for orders shipped outside the United States.

E-gift Card Purchases

E-gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Other Return Restrictions

Our return policy applies only to orders placed on hobobags.com.
We do not accept exchanges through our online store.

Price Adjustments

Unless otherwise specified, we will honor a price adjustment within 7 days of the purchase order date on items purchased on hobobags.com for the difference between your order price and the new sale price.
Please have your order number when you contact our customer service team to request a price adjustment.
