Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted for new and unworn merchandise with original packaging and tags attached within 30 days from the purchase date. Once received by our Returns Department, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days and we will email you once complete.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked as final sale will be noted on our website. Items from our Artisan Series and Giving Totes are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States. Our return policy only applies to orders placed on www.hobobags.com.

How To Return Your Item(s):

1. Log into the HOBO Returns Portal using your order number and shipping address zip code.
2. In the Returns Portal, choose an item to start a return or exchange.
3. Confirm your return. Returns, including taxes and discounts, will be refunded to your initial form of payment minus a $7 handling fee. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
4. Print your prepaid UPS label and packing slip. Please drop off your return at a UPS center within 7 days of initiating your return.
5. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed.

Exchanges

All exchanges can be made through our Returns Portal. A $1 authorization hold may apply. Please note exchanged items must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged for the new items.

HOBO Annapolis & HOBO Georgetown

Currently, merchandise purchased at one of our store locations can only be returned in-store. Please contact the store you made your purchase at for further information.

E-gift Card Purchases

E-gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Price Adjustments

Unless otherwise specified, we will honor a price adjustment within 7 days of the purchase order date on items purchased on hobobags.com for the difference between your order price and the new sale price. Once a price adjustment has been issued for an order it is no longer returnable, and all items in the order are considered final sale.

Please have your order number when you contact our customer service team to request a price adjustment.

Refunds

Through our returns process, refunds due can only be issued back to the original method of payment or a www.hobobags.com gift card.
