Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted for new and unworn merchandise with original packaging and tags attached within 30 days from the purchase date. Our return policy only applies to orders placed on

We offer free returns and exchanges, including gift returns! You may return the item(s) you purchased for a full refund to your original method of payment or exchange the item(s) immediately online. Once received by our Returns Department, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days and we will email you once complete.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked as final sale will be noted on our website. Items from our Artisan Series and Giving Totes are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States.

How To Return Your Item(s):

1. Log into the HOBO Returns Portal using either your email address or the order number and shipping address zip code.
2. In the Returns Portal, select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
3. Confirm your return or exchange. This will include taxes and any discounts applied, but exclude shipping costs.
4. Print your prepaid UPS label and packing slip. Please drop off your return at a UPS center within 7 days of initiating your return.
5. Once your return is received, any full or partial balance remaining will be issued to your original form of payment. If you made an exchange you will receive a tracking number once your new order has shipped.


All exchanges can be made through our Returns Portal. We can only process one exchange per transaction, however there is no limit on the number of returns you can submit if needed. Occasionally, our returns system will not offer an exchange based on various factors. Please contact our customer service team if you need further assistance.


Discounts applied to your original order will be prorated and carried over to your new exchange order. If you exchange for a lower priced item, the discount will be prorated. If it is an even exchange, the full discount will be applied.

E-gift Card Purchases

E-gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Price Adjustments

Unless otherwise specified, we will honor a price adjustment within 7 days of the purchase order date on items purchased on for the difference between your order price and the new sale price.
Please have your order number when you contact our customer service team to request a price adjustment.


Through our returns process, refunds due can only be issued back to the original method of payment or a gift card.
