"This bag was great but I had to return it because of the strap issue and a lack of customer support. I could not reach anyone regarding my question of an exchange and became frustrated so ended up returning it which resulted in additional shipping fees being deducted from my refund. As for the strap, it was shipped folded and the end would not lay flat. I has hoped to get a new strap but couldn’t."
