"I love this bag… classy and functional. Three problems for me: 1. The side slot isn’t large enough for a standard iPhone. That means I have to put it inside which reduces the space I have for other things. 2. The straps, when combined, are too long for a crossbody. , and too short when the longer one is used by itself. An adjustable strap would be perfect! I ordered an adjustable strap from another company so that issue is resolved for me, although it doesn’t match very well. 3. Inside credit card holders are a little tight… kinda hard getting them out and putting them back in, especially when you’re trying to get out of the way for the next person at the register. Still, a nice bag!"
