So cute but latch comes open constantly

"I really wanted to love this bag. The style is cute and I was excited to use it, but unfortunately, the latch does not stay securely closed. It comes open constantly during normal use, which has caused my belongings to fall out of the bag. For a purse, having a secure closure is pretty important, so this is a major issue for me. I’m disappointed because otherwise I really like the bag, but I can’t comfortably use it or recommend it with the latch functioning this way."

"Absolutely love this purse. I love everything about it! My first Hobo bag I purchased was in Des Moines at a Yonkers and have had that bag at least 15 years! Purse is beautifully made and the leather is so soft and I love the color I chose, Whisky. For me, I can’t say enough about it!"
