"Perfect for the organized gal. I love all the meticulous detail put into every pocket and zipper. Just the right separation to maintain a well arranged tote bag. I love it for work and how both the color and style and timeless and elegant"
"I love everything about this bag except for the stiff handle. I wish the handle were removable with clips and it would hang to the side more when not being used."
"I had been looking at this bag for about three months before purchasing it and ultimately asked my husband for it as a birthday gift. At over $300, I had high expectations for the quality and craftsmanship. I’ve had a Fossil bag that I used every day for over six years, and it is still in great shape, so I expected a HOBO bag at same price point to be something I could enjoy for many years. Unfortunately, I only used my original bag for 12 days before noticing loose threads and areas where the stitching appeared to be coming undone. For a bag at this price point, I was very disappointed to see these issues after less than two weeks of use. I reached out to customer service because I wanted to give HOBO the opportunity to address the problem. When the replacement arrived, I was also surprised and disappointed by the color difference between the two bags. I understand that leather can have natural variations, but the replacement looked noticeably different from the original I had received and loved. It was frustrating because I had carefully chosen the original color, and after already having quality concerns with the first bag, receiving a replacement that looked different added to my disappointment. This is also where I became especially frustrated with customer service. I took the time to explain my concerns, but I felt like the response was more about referring me back to the company’s website policies than actually helping me with the specific issues I was experiencing. I understand that companies have policies, but as a customer, I was hoping for someone to actually listen to my concerns and help me find a solution. Instead, I left the interaction feeling like they could have cared less about the issue. To be fair, once the exchange process was started, the replacement did arrive in a timely manner. But overall, I found the customer service experience frustrating and felt there was a lack of genuine help. Honestly, I’ve had better customer service experiences with Target. I was also disappointed by the replacement’s packaging. My original bag arrived in a larger box and was beautifully packaged. The replacement arrived in a much smaller box and was packed much more crammed, leaving the bag and tassels noticeably wrinkled and creased. At this price point, I expected the replacement to arrive with the same level of care as the original. I ultimately decided to return the original and keep the replacement because I really do love the style of this bag. But I have to be honest—I feel like I settled because I wanted to love it so badly. I sincerely hope the replacement holds up because I really want this to be a bag I can use for years. But based on my experience from the initial purchase, the quality issues after only 12 days, the noticeable color difference, the customer service, the exchange process, and the way the replacement was packaged and arrived, I was disappointed with the overall experience. I believe reviews should be honest. I love the look and style of this bag, but unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations I had for the price or the HOBO brand."
"I almost kept this purse! So big and beautiful with perfect little side pockets. Only thing I didn’t like was the strap; too short for me"
"Too big, I would have loved it if it we’re smaller."
"This is my favorite bag that I own! I love Hobo. I never understood before how much the way a bag feels on my shoulder matters. It’s gorgeous and perfectly functional, but also feels so good to hold and carry. Please make it in cordovan!"
"The bad was exactly what I expected Great quality perfect size"
"I absolutely love this bag. It holds everything I need. The handle width is perfect. The bag is not heavy and can hold quite a bit if you choose. The stitching is nice and I believe the bag should hold up well. The only thing I would add is a key strap. I am looking forward to purchasing this bag in additional colors."
"Love how soft this handbag is. Just what I was looking for. Perfect fit under the arm."
"Have this Bag in different colors. Great organization and weight. Cedar Sagebrush beautiful for Fall!"
