"I like the fact that I can use a billfold in the purse. It also has slots for cards inside the purse plus a space for change and bills. Don’t be fooled by the look on the outside. The purse is not as big as you think. Bill fold,check book(yes I still write) and phone is about all that will fit inside. The 4 star is for the reason above"

"I have the expedition shoulder crossbody in navy horizon. It took several attempts to get this bag because there was a quality issue with the inside zipper pocket on multiple bags I received. HOBO was very good in processing my exchanges. My PSA is to always open everything inside and out because defects can happen! HOBO was impossible to reach by phone, but very responsive via email. Anyway, now that I have this bag I am very happy with it. The biggest surprise is the exterior pocket. This is more than a phone slip pocket! I fit my phone, a sentiment pouch (packed full) and a run frame pouch (ear buds) in this pocket and the magnet closed easily with no bulky appearance. Love the magnet close on this pocket! If you have a larger phone, this bag is for you. It’s true what other reviewers said that the opening is shorter than the purse . The main compartment fits a full size continental wallet, but you need to angle it to get it in. I wouldn’t say it’s a struggle, but could be annoying if you are in a rush -so I skipped a full sized wallet in favor of the built in card slots. If needed, you can fit two cards per slot. In the slip behind the cards I have some cash, a small pocket notebook, and a pen. (unfortunately, no pen slot) In the interior zippered section I have the usual stiff -chapstick, lipstick, cloth for cleaning my glasses, small hair pick, Tylenol, and some breath mints. In the main section, my key fob with two keys attached, Kleenex packet, hand lotion, and there was still so much room that I ended up moving my ear buds in here from the exterior pouch to be more secure. There’s still more room in the exterior pouch and in the main part of this bag. The navy horizon color is beautiful and a nice change from black. This is the only bag I have in patina leather and I really like the finish that is not matte but also not overly shiny. The strap adjusts with a sliding buckle, so every size is possible from shoulder to crossbody. The exterior stitching on the flap and sides gives it some style that I appreciate as I get a little tired of all the plain front purses. I think this is a great every day crossbody and now considering it in buffed whiskey…."
"I love this Hobo Expedition. I was a bit reluctant to order this at first because it looked on the small side for my needs. I was pleasantly surprised at the capacity and ease of reaching into it. The magnetic flap is awesome and I’m so happy with the color."
