"I love this purse it reminds me of my mom’s purses that had the click closure. However, the clasp that holds the strap to the purse unhooks easily. It has happened many times and I have only had the purse for a short time. Any suggestions to fix this."

Great bag but pics of contents very inaccurate

"I love the look of this bag. However, the only reason I purchased it is because the “lightly packed” picture included a Lauren wallet, keys, air pods, and 2 smaller makeup bags. I have to force my Lauren wallet in it and then it will barely close. There is no way anything else will fit. Sadly, I will be returning. It’s too bad because the large size is way too big. Why do they not make a medium size of this bag??"
