E-Commerce Customer Service Coordinator (Temporary)
As an integral part of the sales team, this temporary position is important not only
regarding sales and customer support, but also in interactions with other departments to
ensure customers’ needs are met throughout the sales process during a busy and important time of the year. In this position, the ideal candidate will be able to quickly develop an expert level of knowledge of company procedures, policy, and product lines and provide exceptional service and support to customers. As the first point of contact for our customers, this position requires professionalism, polish, and courteousness.
Job Duties: Sales and Customer Service
- As a brand representative, deliver exceptional customer service, sales, and styling
support via phone, email, and online chat - Contribute to sales growth via customer support interactions
- Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product
information, promotion details, order tracking, issue resolution, and general
information - Proactively engage website customers via chat
- Facilitate order management
- Additional administrative support for the sales and customer service teams as
necessary
Critical Skills, Education, and Other Requirements
- Ability to keep a great attitude and maintain professionalism while being a well-
organized multi-tasker - Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of accountability and initiative; Ability to take direction and work
independently within a larger team - Optimize time management skills and prioritization of responsibilities and tasks
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new processes and applications quickly
- High degree of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Possess a strong, enthusiastic interest in the fashion accessories industry
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Monday-Friday work week with the ability to work a flexible schedule during peak
Holiday times.
