Account Specialist
Key partnership position to ensure company sales goals are met. Expert level knowledge of company procedures, policy and product line are required. This entry level position is an equal combination of salesmanship and administrative support. As the first point of contact for our customers this position requires polish, professionalism, and courteousness.
Job Duties
Field sales partnership
- Incoming sales and general inquiry calls
- Outgoing sales calls and small order up-sells
- Personal contribution of at least 20% of territory sales goals
- Data entry
- Utilize CRM for communication, ordering, analyzing sales
- Implement and track seasonal promotions and marketing initiatives
- Generate field sales reports and lead lists
- Distribute bi-weekly / monthly selling reports
- Coaching and support of Territory Management team
- Collect sales tools needed for Territory Managers either on the road or at trade shows
- Attend corporate trade shows and regional markets – as needed
Customer support
- Customer concerns, shipping errors and troubleshooting / problem solving
- Account inquiry; stock availability; general information
- Return Authorization requests and replacements
Sample Management
- Work with Product Development and Sales Manager to divvy up territory manager sample sets.
- Work with Director of Corporate Merchandising to pull samples and display materials for regional trade shows and showrooms.
Special Project Management
- Seasonal product review / style outs / Sales Meetings
